Just activated services with JIO FIBER in Dehradun U..K – very awful experience to begin with – Sales persons committed to provide the best professional service with inviting offers company had to offer – Installation Money was given as asked and a promise given service will be installed next day – Called Sales person next day – had no courtesy to even take my call – finally went to JIO store and got a number for manager who was helpful and initiated my order — finally technicians show up who came to install – very unprofessional and in a rush thereby performed a very lousy job – they were reluctant and showed no interest in doing their jobs – left hanging wires around my house – on asking they claimed they were not provided by any professional tools like staple guns to stick the wires around the wall and they just had plastic ties. They rushed through the entire installation process and as originally promised by sales person about getting a landline number – technicians advised me to hire someone else to instal wires for home phone – understandable as they were 3rd party hired by JIO had zero motivation to work. At the end I am not happy camper by the lousy and unprofessional job performed at my residence and will not refer to my family and friends.

Hi sufiya,
I have already contacted the representative and have even asked them to raise a request for a new box to be installed in my colony which they stated that it will take around 40-45 days and they will keep me posted. I was happy to wait for that but i am sorry to say that there is no response from them after. A 2nd representative came and told me that if i can setup the wiring as i will come from above someone house then they can install the same. Not sure if i have to take care of this then what the jio will do.
I am extremely disappointed with the response and support received from JIO representatives and this shows how jio response to people who are eager to get a new connection.
